This energizing workout incorporates the 12-inch Mini Stability Ball to create total-body strengthening and conditioning. Exercises will focus on improving posture, with emphasis placed on creating core stability and back mobility while also lengthening and strengthening the surrounding muscles. Learn how to add variety and fun to traditional Matwork™ routines while keeping in mind the elements of the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles.

Marshal... morel began training clients in 1986, and as a pioneer in the fitness industry, he was at the forefront of implementing Pilates training into traditional personal training.
