458: STOTT PILATES®: Jumpboard Strength and Conditioning

This workout highlights the Jumpboard’s versatile ability to emphasize programming to improve the strength and stability of hip, knee and ankle joints. Increased spring resistance also emphasizes strengthening of the arms, shoulder girdle and legs. The Jumpboard is used as a stable platform to focus on proper biomechanics of the lower kinetic chain. Individual components of this workshop are ideal as a warm-up before any sports activity, or together as a complete workout.
