This interactive workshop teaches you how to challenge clients beyond the STOTT PILATES Essential Reformer exercises. Learn how adding variety and increasing the pace of the workout will keep clients continually motivated and progressively challenged. By increasing the speed and flow of exercise sequences and modifying the existing repertoire, you will learn how to inspire more capable clients who may not be ready for the Intermediate Reformer program.
