Experience a fun, exciting new workout that focuses on building strength and stability as well as improving balance and flexibility. Learn unique exercises derived from the best of the dance world from the Merrithew Health & Fitness™ team. Find out how the elements of dance, combined with the fundamentals of STOTT PILATES, result in a flowing routine that challenges the strength and stamina of the entire body. This two-tiered program offers sound biomechanical principles with current concepts in functional fitness and dance training, and it incorporates the Foam Roller™, Mini Stability Ball™ and Toning Balls™. Using the Core Stability Barre Trainer, this workout is unique and highly effective.

Continuing education credits from certification agencies are pending.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion.
