Rarely do instructors get an opportunity to explore the necessary concept of "self-care," so often omitted from the information we need to know when preparing for certifications! Embark on an in-depth study of self-care and burnout avoidance that will include the fusion of mind-body applications, spa approaches, nourishment of the five senses, and internal healing and regeneration. This workshop will share several proven M.A.P.S. (Meditation, Affirmations and Asana, Pranayama and Sensory bombardment) to guide you toward this purpose. Most amazingly, this experience will address all of your senses and requires NO equipment to be effective.
