It's no secret that the quantity and quality of one's sleep can make a significant impact on mood, performance and fatigue. In addition, the research tells us that lack of sleep signals to the brain to eat, thereby decreasing the signals that tell the brain we've eaten enough. Conversely, when our clients get enough sleep they see improvements in reaction time, mood and performance, as well as decreased levels of fatigue. In this compelling lecture, Mike will share the essentials of sleep health and provide a template to counsel clients on how to improve the quality and quantity of their sleep.
