Effective exercise selection can often be difficult and daunting. This six–step system will help you to determine what exercises will be tolerated best by your clients“in every session! Walk away with skills to adequately prescribe exercise to those that display pain or injury, properly regress and progress any exercise quickly, add an infinite number of exercises to your toolbox, and challenge your client so that maximum gains are realized. This hands–on workshop will also provide trainers with an opportunity to practice the methodology learned in this session.
