TRX Rip Training is a functional, integrated, three–dimensional training system that is designed to improve posture, stability and movement with maximum efficiency. In this interactive workshop, we'll delve into the science of Rip Training and how it can be applied to the practical, real–world setting. In addition, trainers will learn the principles that govern this effective new modality and how they can be integrated into clients' training programs in order to maximize peak performance.
