321: RealRyder® Indoor Cycling: Burn Your Last Match!

In any cycling race, cyclists believe each ryder carries a box of wood-stick matches. Every time you attack or push out of your comfort zone, it costs you a "stick." More fit ryders have more sticks to burn. Learn the drills and skills that will keep you ryding at the front of the pack. Get fit, fast and powerful by capturing the thrill of interval training at its best! (It is highly recommended that participants bring a heart rate monitor to class.) Repeated as session 120.
