As certified fitness professionals, we have a responsibility to make our best effort to provide safe and effective workouts. There is a way to teach barre workouts without putting unnecessary pressure on the muscular skeletal system. Come learn how to provide modifications that will enable all of your clients to participate safely in barre classes. Whether adjusting the range of motion, giving permission to rest or adjusting foot placement, you will walk away from this session with ideas to help support individual bodies.
