208: Purposeful Exercise—A Progressive Approach to Training

As trainers, our goal is to improve our client's overall health and function. In this class, we will take a look at the physiological changes that occur with exercise and how these changes may lead to pain or injury in the wrong environment. Trainers will gain an understanding of how exercise can have both positive and negative effects on our client's progression and how it impacts the exercise prescription. Walk away with tools on how to assess and evaluate how your clients respond to the exercises you prescribe.
