386: Pilatesstick®: Moving Strength

This foundational workshop will introduce you to the Pilatesstick and will take you through a starter workout that will challenge the stability of the powerhouse while building the strength and flexibility of the limbs. Highlighting the versatility and adaptability of the "stick," a flowing workout incorporating mat, reformer and Cadillac exercises will move the student from supine to standing in a continuous dance of movement.
