827: One-Minute Workout

What can you do in a minute? This workshop is designed to give you a huge inventory of workouts that you can take back to your classes. Each exercise is done for 1 minute. Why a minute? The repetition range is approximately 12–15 reps. Instructors use the time to check form, and it gives your participates a chance to really focus on an exercise for a certain length of time. Take home a handful of class programs you can use tomorrow!
