Whether you experienced the first installment or not, Take Two is a great concept that utilizes minimal space and produces maximum effect. We'll move beyond a strength-only workout and combine easy-to-follow cardio drills with creative strength sequences for a full-body workout. Ease the intimidation factor by removing the equipment while increasing the effectiveness through elevated cuing techniques.
