340: Nia® The Anatomy of Moving Meditation-Listening to the Voices of the Body

You will explore the anatomy of your body during this moving meditation; moving your body in the way it was designed, to maintain its health and connection to your higher self. You will develop a relationship to Nia’s voices of the body, The Body’s Way™, and the five sensations (flexibility, agility, mobility, stability and strength) as you become aware of your mind-body-spirit integration and healing.
