From barefoot training and multiplanar, whole-body integrated movement-based workouts to free-flowing sessions that move with speed and efficiency in natural and urban environments, new emerging trends in exercise are afoot. Drawing upon the science of the human movement system and utilizing the elements of movement, adrenaline and manageable risk, learn how to safely deliver simple, progressive, but fun workouts that meet the needs and desires of athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike.
