403: NASM®: Save Your Back—Get Your Butt in Gear!
Low-back pain is a national epidemic and can slow a client's progress toward reaching their health and fitness goals, if not completely derail them. During this session, we will explore the functional anatomy of the low back and related structures, identify sure-fire causes of low-back pain and review NASM’s four-step corrective exercise system. We will also highlight the importance of the gluteal complex in preventing and treating low-back pain. Bring your glutes, you will need them!
