Just like the warm-up, many athletes and clients don't take the time to properly cool down. It's time to regenerate and repair. Use MCT after exercise to promote circulation, create tissue pliability and initiate the recovery process. This workshop will focus on this particular programming application of MCT. By using select releases, you'll enhance your recovery and successfully set the body up for future exercise.
