321: Movement Preparation for All Clients

Dynamic warm-ups are used by athletes at all levels to improve movement capabilities and functional range of motion. These same drills can be integrated into training programs for the general population to improve one's ability to perform basic activities for daily living (ADL) and safely participate in recreational activities. In this interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to integrate a variety of movement preparation techniques, and their modifications, to prepare their clients and athletes for training and competition.
