227: Lotte Berk Evolved: Beyond Berk Basics

Lotte Berk’s original method of mind-body training was ahead of its time in many ways. Heavily influenced by a trilogy of stability, mobility and core stabilization, Lotte combined many principles consistent with current mind-body fitness trends. In this workshop, we will integrate props, breathing techniques, yogic alignment and therapeutic modifications to surpass the original method in its audience and applications.
