Breathing, relaxing and stretching are important but do not increase bone density or muscle mass. Much of mind-body fitness revolves around flexibility, relaxation and structural integrity, but unfortunately, those big beautiful powerful muscles are often neglected. This workshop demonstrates how to creatively integrate traditional weight training exercises and techniques into current mind-body disciplines.
