502: Lebert Fitness: Epic Sets! The Workshop!
What do you get when you combine the design of super sets and compound movements with the intensity of circuit training? You get Epic Sets! These are four or five exercises that are done sequentially in descending sets with a PUNCH of cardiovascular work at the end of each set. Using the Lebert Equalizer™ and your body, you’ll train for improved aerobic and anaerobic capacity, as well as enhanced strength, without using handheld weights.
