567: Learning to Function…on the Ground
On the ground, as well as in upright function, we use the ground reaction force, gravity, momentum, other muscle forces, purpose, our hands and feet—all as drivers to produce the motion we desire. Rarely do we hold or statically plank. We are task oriented and therefore we move. In fact, stability requires motion. Please join us for this unique session where you will experience the principles, strategies and the application of three-dimensional on-ground functional matrixes. This session is for all fitness professionals.
