We are often so busy being busy that we forget what it feels like just to be in our own bodies. Dance, yoga and tai chi movements in inspired sequences create an opportunity for us to ground, center and get in touch with our bodies and our total being. The sequences can be used as cool-downs or woven together for a full class. Try movements that are easy to master and replicate!
