Learn the science, biomechanics and physiological benefits of the industry's newest training system: Kranking. Created by Johnny G, Kranking requires full engagement of muscles in the arm, shoulder and shoulder girdle. Electromyography (EMG) studies have been performed to examine the electrical activity of muscles used while Kranking, and the results will be presented along with oxygen consumption (VO2), heart rate and blood pressure responses.
