This cardio and strength training workout features a combination of boxing and kickboxing movements that focuses on developing the core and improving balance. You'll utilize the BOSU® Balance Trainer, jump ropes, tubing, target pads and body bars for a complete workout that uses all the major muscle groups and develops balance, coordination and speed.
