Power measurements are an extremely valuable training tool for enhanced fitness. The amount of work completed in a given amount of time is known as power and is measured in watts. Increasing the intensity and challenge of your indoor cycling or striding classes can be accomplished by manipulating power. In this session, you will experience a fun workout that will give you a better understanding of how you can increase wattage and effectively achieve more in less time.
