From the beat of the music to the beat of your heart, training with heart rate adds a new dimension to your ride. Heart rate training puts the instructor at an advantage to create workouts that cater to the individual needs and goals of their participants. This workshop will address how to effectively incorporate heart rate training into a cycling workout. By developing challenging and targeted workouts, your participants will move beyond RPM and truly get to the heart of the matter. Polar heart rate monitors will be provided.
