Circuit Boot Camp is a heart-pounding, full-body workout that uses the Keiser indoor cycles, striders and resistance equipment for an efficient and effective workout. This workshop is appropriate for participants of all fitness levels. It incorporates muscle conditioning and high-intensity cardio intervals to challenge your students to reach their full potential. Taught to great music and with seamless transitions, this session is sure to inspire. Repeated as session 311.
