After a long ride, many cyclists feel the effects of being in a hunched and shortened body position. In this workshop, you and your cycling students will learn and benefit from multisegmental stretches that are inspired by yoga. This workshop will teach you how to maximize the often short but important post-cardio stretch and show you how to safely and effectively incorporate the indoor cycle into your stretching routine.
