250: Keiser® Cycling: Core Stability
For many students, the cycling posture can be a challenging position to maintain. As a result, indoor cyclists often experience aches and pains both during and after the ride. In this workshop, you will learn how to instruct your students to effectively activate their inner core. An active core ensures that compensating muscles do not engage while pedaling and that the efficiency of the pedal stroke is maximized.
