210: Indo-Row®: Circuit Challenge

Rowing is quickly becoming one of the hottest cardio workouts on the planet. It's low-impact, total-body, perfect for individuals of all fitness levels and burns a boatload of calories! In this session, you will learn simple and clever ways to incorporate rowing into high-intensity, small-group training or circuit-style workouts without needing an arsenal of rowing machines. By combining strength, core, balance, agility and reaction drills with the cardiovascular intensity of rowing, you will truly be able to deliver a power-packed workout. No rowing experience required!
