Surfing requires a great deal of balance and coordination, and it also relies on excellent core strength, endurance, stability and posture. Anything but your typical balance training class, this workout utilizes the Indo Board Balance Trainer and demonstrates how you can make even the most landlocked clients experience a challenging workout that leaves them feeling like they just surfed 20-foot waves in Hawaii.
