Part 1: Maximize Fat Metabolism and the Caloric Burn
Finally, one of the most comprehensive lectures ever explaining the detailed physiological and metabolic aspects of fat metabolism. Participants will learn, from a cellular perspective, the major terms of fat metabolism, the hormonal regulation of lipolysis during exercise, the effect of exercise on fat oxidation and much, much more. Part 2: Anti-Aging Supplements and Products
The aging boom in the U.S. has created a $45+ billion anti-aging industry that continues to grow. From traditional ancient remedies to new discoveries, more products are continually being developed and marketed. This session will cover the use of a variety of popular supplements touted to improve health and delay aging. Priority will be given to those products that may be potentially dangerous on their own or through drug interactions.
