Hiking Yoga brings fresh air and a new spirit of exploration to your mind-body fitness practice. Come sweat and soak up the great outdoors. This unique 90-minute workout integrates the cardio of hiking with the power of yoga: stretching, opening and strengthening the body. Repeated as session 303.
