Whether you train seniors, clients or group-fitness participants in their forties, or coach high-level or professional athletes, the benefits of high-velocity resistance training are applicable for individuals of all ages. This session will help you understand when and how to implement high-speed power training into your clients’ training programs. Using smart tubing, BOSU® Ballast™ Balls and BOSU Balance Trainers, you’ll leave this hands-on session “worked” and with tons of resistance training power progressions that are backed by science.
