011: Group TRX® Suspension Training®

Group strength training has just been dialed up a notch! While many have experienced Suspension Training in the personal training arena, few have had the opportunity to see how it can be used with small and large groups. This action-packed preconference session will introduce the programming methodology behind two very different TRX Suspension Training group workouts that are intended for different audiences.

  1. Experience Body Blast, a program that focuses on the proper utilization of music in the group setting.
  2. Then challenge yourself with the high-intensity, time-based Circuit Training program.

Both of these programs will provide you with ideas for keeping your classes fresh and exciting for even your most devout members.

Participants will receive a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION upon the conclusion of this course.
