103: Gray Institute: 3-D Performance Matrix Series-Core Conversion
There is nothing new under the sun ... certainly core training is one of those "nothings." Training the core has been a central focus of trainers for quite some time. There is a reason for this...the core has everything to do with everything we do. This session will discuss what constitutes the core and how to best train it for better function, and the concept of transformational zones will be introduced. Participants will experience a core conversion workout that employs various positions and actions to functionally feed the core in all three planes of motion. This session is not to be missed!
