464: Get Twisted!
Rotation and weight shifts are the link to exercising a human body for motion and action. In this workshop, we will step through the top 10 training rules and cues, then embed them, with rotation and weight shifts, into chest-push, back-pull, shoulders, plyometrics, mobility and stretching exercises. Create giant wins for clients. Give them big differences in strong fluid movement. Take away tips to get clients moving with exercises and methods that simply tease out a more physically able body.
