Between 2 to 7 times our weight drives into the ground and recoils back through the body during exercise and activities. Proper foot strike mechanics are critical to initiating a positive force reaction to gain long-term strength, conditioning, health and fitness, and limit long-term pain and injury. Get a multitude of foot force strategies to promote health, fitness and high performance.
