With each of our clients, we are constantly faced with the challenge of setting up the most effective exercise program to help them reach their goals. Often their success is limited by pain, injury or limitations in range of motion. In this session, we will take an in-depth look at the variables that can impact our clients’ success. We will see that in situations of pain or dysfunction, our clients can’t even handle their own body weight, let alone the forces that come with exercise. We will look at strategies for how to design exercise programs for people that don’t seem to benefit from the general exercise protocols.
