196: Evolutions in Biomechanics
Much of what we have learned in traditional biomechanics cannot fully explain why we move the way we do. Conventional theories simply cannot accurately describe the way our bodies deal with mechanical forces. A new, emerging philosophy of biomechanics more accurately explains how we are designed. Using hands-on applications, trainers will walk away with a new understanding of how the body dissipates forces, why we are stable, myofascial anatomy and integrated training concepts.
