410: Everyday Yoga

This is a complete yoga class that will be sequenced to balance out all of the other trainings and activities that you are involved in. Yoga is the perfect cross–training that leads to injury–free longevity in all sports. Yoga also requires and leads to mental focus, which translates into all aspects of your life.
