406: Energy Defined: What It Is and How Much Do You Need?

Energy is a term that is often used to describe a particular attribute about certain foods and other dietary products. However, this term is often misunderstood and misused. In this session, we will define energy and take a look at the types of foods that should be consumed to get the proper amount. More specifically, we'll discuss the best time to consume energy and how different types of energy impact one's ability to exercise.
