Prolonged health is the key to successful aging. By examining the physiology of the aging process, its affects on the body’s main functional systems, we will be able to distinguish the difference between aging and chronic disease. Gain an understanding of how internal and environmental factors such as our thoughts, nutrition and exercise along with their roles in gene expression can prevent disease and promote a life of vitality.
