For those who thrive on the exhilarating feeling of riding a wave, sometimes regular workouts just don't hold much excitement. Anyone who surfs needs serious land-based training in addition to their water workouts. In this session, we'll look at the physiological requirements for surfing and show you techniques to train for enhanced strength, endurance and balance.
