357: Creating Mindful Walking/Running Programs

All populations can benefit from mind-body walk/run programs. With all the buzz about chi-based running, barefoot running and meditative outdoor walking, this workshop will give you the anatomy of different types of indoor and outdoor gait/walk/run programs. Learn different class configurations, how to create experiences both inside and outside, maintain a safe environment, and incorporate mind-body aspects of the five senses to encourage more people to attend group fitness.
