You will learn to utilize myofascial lines (front/back functional lines, superficial front/back lines, lateral lines, spiral lines, etc.) to assess posture, design corrective exercise solutions, and better understand how myofascial tissues function to produce, reduce, and stabilize forces transmitted through the body. You will leave this session armed with an evidence-based approach that will provide hundreds of exercise solutions to apply immediately with your clients!
