368: Corrective Exercise Solutions Using Myofascial Lines
Session Update: Spartan Training for Personal Trainers by Juan Carlos Santana has been changed to Corrective Exercise Solutions Using Myofascial Lines with Bill Sonnemaker, MS.
As science and technology move forward, so too should our understanding of how we assess movement and select exercises and their acute variables. In this interactive hands-on session, we will take an in-depth look at functional anatomy and biomechanics in a dramatic new way. We will utilize myofascial lines (front/back functional lines, superficial front/back lines, lateral lines, spiral lines, etc.) to assess posture, design corrective exercise solutions and gain a more thorough understanding of how these tissues function to produce, reduce and stabilize forces that are transmitted through our bodies. Attendees will leave this session armed with an evidenced-based approach that will provide them with hundreds of exercise solutions that they can begin applying immediately with their clients.
