Combine core training, aerobic conditioning, strength training and the balance and release exercises of a foam roller in this inspiring workshop. The CoreFitnessRoller is a small, inexpensive piece of equipment that allows you to train clients in the gym or at home while focusing on key principles of alignment, balance, core control and functional movement patterns. Learn key exercises for working with anyone from the super fit to postrehabilitation clients. A detailed manual is included.
